He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Arthur and Ruby Pearl Brown Taylor; his wife Glenda Koen Taylor; and his siblings, Ralph Taylor, Dorothy Coker, Gladys Wint and Jewel Miller.

He is survived by : his children, Greg Taylor (Allison), Chuck Taylor (Monica) and Nauwausa Ochab Taylor; his grandchildren, Christopher Taylor (Jennifer), Kenneth Taylor, Dustin Powell, Dixie Taylor, David Taylor, Aydan Taylor, Noah Taylor and Jase Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Jemma Moton, Kinley Taylor and Warren Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
