He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Waddill Smith; his children, Donovan Smith Terrel (Stacy) and Cristi Armistead (Thomas); his brother Joe Smith (Darlene); his granddaughter Candace Childs Zakery (Cody); his great grandchild Alissa Smith Caisley Childs; his siblings, John Arthur Smith and Claudia Shoultz; and his grandchild Crista Smith.
