In the vast expanse of eternity, Tipsey Harvell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She was predeceased by: her parents, Young Harvell and Minnie Lee Moore Harvell; her husband Amos Tyler; and her son Lester Charles Tyler. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Kay Finley; her son-in-law Frank T. Finley, Jr.; her grandchildren, Derrick Finley and Kylena Finley Henderson (Nick); her great grandchild Opal Kayne Henderson; and her brother Jesse R. Harvell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kelly Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
