He is survived by : his great grandchild Pawpaw; his wife Leavern Pugh Nichols; his daughters, Alesia Headley (David) and Tracie Jenkins (Scott); his grandchildren, Jordan Headley, Seth Headley (Jordin), Abby Tomasek (Mark), Keith Nichols, Leanna Clements (Chris), Jacob Jenkins and Aaron Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Harper Rose, Miaya, Asher, Everly, Eden and Anna Brian; his daughter-in-law Denise Carpenter (Aaron); his son Brian Keith Nichols; and his siblings, Kenneth Nichols, Thirston Nichols, Hollis Nichols and Maudine Littleton. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
