He was predeceased by: his parents, James G Washburn and Betty J Ferguson; and his sister Rena White. He is survived by: his wife Marie S Washburn; his children, William B Washburn (Crystal) of Alexander City, Amanda Elder of Alexander City and Diana Walker of Milton, KY; his stepdaughter Mary Martin of Jacksons Gap; and his siblings, James Washburn (Elaine) of Newark, OH and Grace Bland of Marianna, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 nephew and 4 nieces.
No service is planned at this time, donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Association.
