He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Allen Noah; his children, Emily Noah Franklin (Michael) and Jeffery Noah (Kendal); his siblings, Phillip Noah (Pam), Cheryl Noah Roberts and Laura "LuLu" Webb (Larry); his grandchildren, Emma Franklin, Michaela Franklin, Noah Franklin, Addilyn Noah and Brooklyn Noah; and his mother Betty Wynell Noah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
