He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Bailey and Ethel Coffman Bailey; his wives, Alice M. Bailey and Sandra Jean McCulston; and his stepdaughter Mary Alice Sattler.
He is survived by: his daughter June Ross (Tom) of Floydada, Texas; his grandchildren, Barbara June Hayes (Justin) of Minnesota and Ryan Ross (Mercedes) of Arizona; his sister Merrlin Burrough of Arizona; and his stepchildren, Shirley Carleson (Tom) of Washington and Will Jones (Mary). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kl Brown Funeral Home and Crematory (322 Nisbet St NW, Jacksonville, AL 36265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
