He is survived by: his mother Lynda Spears; his wife Traci Taliaferro; his daughters, Tasha Thomas (Craig), Ashley Reynolds (David), Amanda Taliaferro and Allison Luker; his granddaughters, Lexi Thomas, Khloe Thomas, Laci Reynolds, Abigail Reynolds, Rachael Morris and Abigail Morris; and his brothers, Thomas Carthel Parris and Phillip Taliaferro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
