James Davenport Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davenport and Evelyn Davenport; his son-in-law Charles Davis; and his stepdaughter Sabrina Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Davenport; his sister Rosemary Blose (Tom); his sister-in-law Nina Gilbert (Dave); his daughters, Julie Davenport Davis and Donna Davenport Hilliard (Robert); his stepchildren, Felicia Reynolds (Reggie) and Randall Brickhouse; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jonathan, Gabriella, Samuel, Whitney, Brock, Madison, Bethany, Dillon, Amy, Rustin and Mallory. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren; and large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anniston Memorial Funeral Home (3865 US-431, Anniston, AL 36206). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
