She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Don Holt, Sr.; her daughter Karen Annette Holt; her parents, Eunice Elizabeth Carver (Fortenberry) and Herdman Len Carver; and her siblings, W. A. Carver and Betty Lois Wallace (Carver).
She is survived by: her son Jerry Don Holt, Jr.; her grandson Christopher Don Holt; her children, Kevin Lamar Holt, Judith Gail Holt and Timothy Wade Holt; her granddaughters, Aubrey Elizabeth Holt and Karen Nicole Holt; her daughter Lisha Kimberly Bartlett (Brian Keith Bartlett); her granddaughters, Brianna Nicole Bartlett and Emily Marie Bartlett; her son Matthew Corey Holt; and her sister Lynda Gayle (Carver). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
