She is survived by: her husband David A. Smith; her daughter LeeAnn Alexandra; her father Johnny L. Smith; her brother Lyle Smith (Jennifer); her mother-in-law Eunice S. Smith; and her brother-in-law Stuart Smith (Susanne).
