He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Dwight Eberly Sr. and Jessie Hollingsworth Eberly. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eberly of Jacksonville; his sister Anita Pearce; and his children, Michael Dwayne Eberly of Jacksonville and Nissa Joy Eberly of Brooklyn, NY.
