He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Farley and Doris Logan; and his former wife Shelly Denise Grace Farley. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Farley; his children, Brandy Farley, Jaclyn Smith (Ejay), Lacy Bolling, Dustin Farley (Ashley), Brandon Corn and Marshall Corn; his brothers, Loren Farley (Cindy) and Gary Farley (Donna); his grandchildren, Alyssa Farley, Rylee Smith, Ryder Smith, Ravynn Smith, Evee Smith, Sydney Baker, Bryson Baker, Ezekiel Baker and Jordyn Corn; and his great grandchild Carson Knight. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
