He is survived by: his wife Belinda Johnson; his daughter Holly Chappelle (Palmer); his grandson Cohen Chappelle of Heflin, AL; and his siblings, Angie Johnson of Wetumpka, AL, Vernon Johnson of Piedmont, AL, Keith Johnson (Diane) of Piedmont, AL and Mark Johnson (Eva) of Flowery Branch, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
