Sylvia leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sylvia’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Sylvia will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her father Obie Mullendore; her sister Paula Hagan; and her husband Jim Partain. She is survived by: her children, Steven Partain and Pamela Brady; and her grandchildren, Devin Landrum, Garrett Landrum and Hailey Landrum.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the K. L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services (620 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL 36207). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Jacksonville City Cemetery (910 Church Ave SE, Jacksonville, AL 36265).
