She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Smitty" Smith; her parents, James Martin and Ezzie Martin; and her brother Dane Martin. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Lynn Smith and Ricky Dale Smith (Becky); and her siblings, Carol Myers and Mitchell Martin. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren.
