He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery and Hattie. He is survived by: his brother Ralph Blevins (Jack); his children, Les Edward Blevins (Sherrie) and Lisa Elaine Heaton (Craig); his kitties, Angel "Little Girl", Spartacus "Sparky", Bella, Maria, Elena, Sophia, Conchita, Teresa and Cali Blevins; and his sisters, Kathleen, Carol and Evelyn.
