She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stephenson and Dottie Stephenson; her husbands, John Collins and Ruel C. McCain; and her sisters, Eulene and Murene.

She is survived by: her nephew Steve Howse; her stepson Robert McCain; her stepgrandchildren, Ken McCain, Lance McCain (Brittany McCain) and Allison McCain Thornton (Jess Thornton); Claire McCain, Jack McCain, Grady Thornton, Gracyn Thornton and Lucy Thornton.
