He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Red" Burton and Alma Lee Burton; his wives, Valerie Jo Burton and Nan Burton; and his brother Ronnie Burton.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Woodley (Mark) and Greg Burton (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Tyler Woodley (Kate), Kalei Reed (John Michael) and Laken Burton.
