It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Kilgore of Jasper, Alabama, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter R. Kilgore; her mother Cora Ellen Kilgore; and her siblings, Sue Hogan, Tammer Duncan, Sylvia Barker, Bill Kilgore and Dick Kilgore.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Deason (Dewayne), Janice Trotter, Steve Kilgore and Kevin Kilgore (Michelle); her grandchildren, Kyle Christian, Jessica Vickery (Daniel), Blake Hopper (Chris) and Tyler Kilgore (Haley); her sisters, Evelyn Myers and Ann Rice; her great grandchildren, Lawson Christian, Nolan Christian, Owen Vickery, Mazie Vickery, Brycen Hopper, Jax Hopper and Callie Hopper; and her close friends, Carolyn Timmons and Missy Gilbert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to The Gideons International.
