He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Tubbs and Emma Tubbs; his siblings, JP Tubbs, Autice Tubbs, Audi Lee Tubbs Courington, Fay Thompson, Marie Earnest and Maxine Blackwell; his grandson Tyler Blake Sheffield; and his daughter Sonya Courington.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Murray Tubbs; and his children, Nathan Ray Tubbs (Tina), Wanda Alexander and Annette Tortorice (Pat). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
