He was predeceased by: his wife Amanda Judy Best; his sister Brenda Faye Alexander; and his parents, Mavis Earlene Williams and Charles Timothy Best. He is survived by: his children, Emily Nicole Best (Jeremiah Goldsmith) and Jeffrey Wayne Best (Lynn); and his sister Judy Carol Swindle. He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild.
