He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Frances Waits and Polly Crocker Leslie. He is survived by: his son Chase Waits; his parents, Ray Waits and Freida Waits; his brother Joshua Waits (Gibian); and his sibling's children, Jane Frances, Julia and William.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gray Brown-Service Mortuary (1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, AL 36201). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Lynn Church of God (21736 AL-5, Lynn, AL 35575).
