He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Frances Waits and Polly Crocker Leslie. He is survived by: his son Chase Waits; his parents, Ray Waits and Freida Waits; his brother Joshua Waits (Gibian); and his sibling's children, Jane Frances, Julia and William.
