He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Windham; his daughters, Angela Windham Chambers (Jeremy) and Charlsea Windham Dang (Johnny); his grandchildren, Alison "Ali" Chambers, Jayla Chambers, Sophie Dang and Lilian Dang; his brother Marcus Bouchard (Linda); his stepmother Joyce Windham; and his stepbrother Michael Shepherd (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
