He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Taylor and Bettye Taylor; his granddaughter Jamie Tinker; his sisters, Ruth Eubanks and Jacquline Owens; his nephew Robert Eubanks; his parents-in-law, S. J. and Jane McGough; and his sister-in-law Deborah Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Taylor; his children, TJ Pruitt, Robert Taylor, Christopher Hackney, Casey Hackney, Jeremy Hackney, Michael Taylor and Joshua Taylor; and his brother-in-law Jeff McGough. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
