He is survived by: his daughters, Terrie Bailey and Rebeca Long (Jeff); his grandson Harold Banks Jr. (Nicole); his brothers, Gene Banks (Barbara) and Mike Banks (Carol); and his son Scotty Woods. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews.
