She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Romine and Christina Coggins Romine; her siblings, Mary Ellen Romine Bonner (Lance), Mac Romine and Elton Romine; her parents-in-law, Shepard and Clara Belle Harris Tubbs; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Tubbs (Jackie) and Alma Tubbs Robbins.
She is survived by: her husband Dual Tubbs; her daughters, Missy Tubbs Gilbert (Jeff) and JoAnn Tubbs Crim; her grandchildren, Shelby Gilbert, J. D. Gilbert, Anna Claire Crim, Finn Crim, Price Crim and Carter Crim; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Romine, Bual Tubbs (Bobbie) and Paul Ray Robbins. She is also survived by other relatives and good neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilgore - Green Funeral Home (1200 Birmingham Ave, Jasper, AL 35501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
