She is survived by: her sister Leatha Chandler; her children, Phyllis Woodard (Ronnie Woodard) and Dennis Caldwell; her grandchildren, Nathan Woodard (Serena), Jason Woodard (Nicole) and Jennifer Blalock (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Dakota Woodard, Aiden Woodard, Noah Woodard, Jackson Woodard, Hayley Blalock, Kaitlin Blalock, Lacey Woodard and Juliet Woodard.
