He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Ray Boteler and Elvia Dean Boteler; and his brother Bobby Thomas Boteler. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Boteler; his children, Tiffany Richie (Jonathon), Billy Boteler, Jerry Boteler and Eddie Mitchell (Amber); and his brother Kenneth Boteler (Glenda). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
