It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Edward Pearson (Jasper, Alabama), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Young Jerry Pearson and Clara Abels Pearson; his brothers, William Roy Pearson and James Marvin Pearson; and his wife Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Dwynette Valenti (Vince) and Jerry Pearson, Jr. (Tina); his grandsons, Tony (Bethany), Michael (Katie), Rory (Marley), Jeremy Valenti (Mysti) and Allen Pearson (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Maya, Aurora, Summer, Vienna, Gwyneth, Victoria, Rebekah, Amelia, Elaina Valenti, Paisley Pearson, Gabriel, Alex, Daniel, Joel, Luke, Erik Valenti, Jaxson, Bentley and Grayson Pearson.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ford Family Cemetery (2917 Blooming Grove Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to Ford Family Cemetery.
