She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Mae and Amos Swindle; her daughter Rhonda Marie Welch; and her grandson Thomas Edward Welch. She is survived by: her siblings, James, A. L. Swindle, Patricia Gail Taylor, Sue Albritton and Alice Faye Campbell; her nephew Grady Thompson; her husband Tommy Elliott; her children, Teresa Gail Welch Burton, Melissa Marie Welch Johnson and John Edward Welch; and her sons-in-law, Tim Burton and Randall Light. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
