She is survived by : her husband Steve Evans; her children, Dana Evans and Kyle Evans (Tracy); her mother-in-law Elizabeth Ann Evans; her grandchildren, Jordan Gilbreath (Tate), Brody Evans, Katie Evans and Ava Evans; her great grandchild Lincoln Gilbreath; and her siblings, Linda Smith, Debbie Haubert (Mitch), Ricky, Jeanette Smith and Sandra Dagenhart (Jeff). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
