He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlene Moore Harbin; his children, Amy Stracner (Randy) and Clay Harbin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kelsey West (Austin), Kennedy Stracner, Libby Burkholder and Tate Burkholder; his great grandchildren, Drake, Dan, Ellie J. and Piper; and his brother Boe.
