She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Turner; her daughter Krystal Marie Smith; and her siblings, Windy Kaye Snider and Bruce Vice. She is survived by: her children, Christina Renee Owens, Felicia Lynn Smith and Charles Randy Smith Jr.; her grandchildren, Devin Ivey, Ralynn Laurent, Brooklyn Owens and Jacie Smith; and her brothers, James Vice (Lisa) and Timmy Vice. She is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
