She was predeceased by: her parents, James H "Dick" Akins and Augusta Akins; her son William Jeffery Baxter; and her sister Janice Rebecca Akins. She is survived by: her siblings, Sherry O'Brien, Eddie Akins, Doris Kruse (Jim) and Kathy Lewis (David).
