Preston Hathcoat Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Preston Hathcoat of Jasper, Alabama, who passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Hathcoat and Ada Hathcoat; his wife Thelma Hathcoat; and his siblings, Alice, Jerry and Curtis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Welch (Glenn) and Brandi Hathcoat; his granddaughter Brooke Conner; his siblings, Barbara, Patricia, Helen, Carrie, Benny, Donnie and James; and his cousins, Georgia and Linda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
