He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Jo Banks and Margaret Annette Banks. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Abbott (Melinda), Brandon Banks (Allie) and Jeremiah Banks (Kheila); and his siblings, Donna Kilgore (Carl), Denise Thompson (Ronny) and Dennis Banks (Beth). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
