He is survived by: his wife Jill Meeks; his parents, Anita Meeks and Ricky Meeks; his children, Daisy, Amelia, Gabriella Meeks, Raymond, Noah, Leroy and Gideon Meeks; his sister Rachel (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Geneva, Judson, Katharina, Isaac and Ada Heldi; his brother Russell (Ashley); his nieces and nephews, Elijah and Adalee; his grandfather Raymond Lesley Meeks; his parents-in-law, Mike and Rose Mary Rice; his grandparents-in-law, J. L., Betty Rice and Vernell Ayers; his sister-in-law Holly Nelson (James); his nieces and nephews, Grace, William, Catherine and Patrick Nelson; and his brothers-in-law, Matthew Rice and Jacob Rice.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church (6450 Curry Hwy, Jasper, AL 35503). The lying in state was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
