With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sonya Violett Webb (Jasper, Alabama), born in Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Cynthia Renee Violett; her mother Peggy Burchett Violett; her husband James William Owen, Jr. of Cross Plains, TN.; her grandparents, Wallace Boyd, Margaret Lallie Burchett, Winferd Leondias and Josephine Brady Violett; her father Joseph Marion Violett; her daughters, Mary Margaret Brewer Sanders (Keith) and Anne E. Brewer; her granddaughter Lallie Elizabeth Brewer; and her family JoLee Violett Collins (Kris). She was also cherished by her family, friends.
Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to the Walker Area Community Foundation, P.O. Box 171, Jasper, AL 35502, to honor Sonya's legacy of kindness, generosity, and community activity.
