Self (Butch); his friend Cindy Self Crane; his niece Angela Kaye Morrow (John); his nephews, Mark Allan Harrison (Andrea), David Wayne Harrison (Eugenia), Jeremy and Jonathan Self; and his great-nieces, Sophia Jolie Morrow and Anneliese Marie Harrison.
