She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Williams and Jeania Handley Williams; her siblings, Arlena Williams Bailey and Tony Williams; and her husband James Parnell.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Melody Parnell Smallwood (Shane); her great grandchild Breanna Smallwood Cain (Alex) of Jasper; her son Mike Parnell (Jennifer); and her grandson Stetson Parnell of Jasper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
