In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact William had on those he encountered along his journey. Though William may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Mooney; and his grandmother Lacy Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Janet Mooney; his mother Billie Mooney; his children, Taylor Mooney and Nicholas Mooney; and his sisters, Maryann Henderson and Mitzi Hearn. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
