He is survived by: his sister Sue Fields Glaze; his children, Chris Fields, Jr. (Marsha), Kerri Fields Spivak, Greg Dupree (Denise) and Clay Dupree (Carrie); his grandchildren, Megan Dupree Odom (Daniel), Taylor Fields, Corey Dupree (Michelle), Jordan Spivak, Mallory Fields, Katie Dupree, Amanda Lawson and Melissa Worley; his niece Ann Clark; and his great-niece Debbie Douglas (Frank). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
