He is survived by: his wife Judy Giles Shields; his children, Christa Hayes (Jeremy), Amber Carroll and William Bradley Shields (Mary); his stepdaughter Joni Maddox (Troy); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Hayes, Josh Hayes, Caiden Carroll, Hunter Carroll, Everly Shields, Braden Maddox and Riley Maddox.
