He is survived by: his daughters, Massie Calvin of Jemison, AL and Lisa Vest of Rockdale, TX; his stepchildren, Morgan Smith of Moulton, AL, Kaylee Fowler of Jemison, AL and Chase Richards of Moulton, AL; his girlfriend Angela Taylor of Jemison, AL; his siblings, Brad Woods of Calera, AL, Paul Calvin of Alabaster, AL and Lyndsey Calvin Montano of Calera, AL; his stepsiblings, Mary Montgomery of Flemingsburg, KY, Rebecca Hohne of Hoover, AL and Clay Yarbrough of Owens Crossroads, AL; his grandchildren, Hunter, Holden Sickles, Isaiah, Ava White, Kain Smith, Chanel, Channing Tucker, Kyler and Kolsen Hicks; and his parents, Susie (Jeff Spain) and Donna (George Calvin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
