He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Nell Bice Hayes of Montevallo, AL and Ray Bice; and his siblings, Sandra Bice Thrash, Randy Bice and Larry Bice.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Bice; his daughters, Angie Bice Lawley (Harold) and Kandie Bice Roop (Scotty); his grandsons, Blake (Kacy), Kaden and Jacob; his great grandchild Saylor Elizabeth Lawley; and his brothers, Terry Bice (Tammy) and Mark Bice (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
