It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernest Peters Jr. of Jemison, Alabama, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest "Dick" Peters, Sr. and Harriet Ruby Bean Peters. He is survived by : his wife Jean Peters of Jemison; his children, Dallas Peters of Jemison, Michael Fontainell (Barbara) and Michelle Mihalik (David); his grandsons, Michael Fontainell, Austin Peters and Ben Peters; and his sisters, Marie Reuland of Hoover, Elaine Monroe of Hoover and Doris Coker of Vestavia.

The family request no flowers, please make a donation towards Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia research or to the Chilton County Humane Society.
