He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Jackson; his daughter Dana LaShae Jackson; and his mother Ruvon Defee. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jackson of Jemison; his children, Stephanie Putnam of Jemison and Bud Jackson (Haylee) of Jemison; his son-in-law Jason Anderson (Shay) of Jemison; and his brothers, James Jackson of Jemison and Buddy Defee (Theresa) of Luverne. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 8 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Archer's Chapel (195 Co Rd 156, Jemison, AL 35085). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at the same location.
