With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Wayne Underwood of Jemison, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Edbert Underwood and Lydia Mae McCary Underwood; his former wife Rebecca Underwood; his granddaughter Katelyn Underwood; and his brothers, John W. Underwood and Bobby Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Letitia Underwood of Jemison; his children, Keith Underwood (Regina) of Clanton, Kenneth Underwood (Wanda) of White, GA and April Milwood (Joey) of Clanton; his siblings, Billy Underwood (Donna) of Thorsby, Larry Underwood (Terry) of Thorsby and Judy Gray (Charles) of Calera; and his sister-in-law Margaret Underwood of Jemison. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; multiple great grandchildren.
