She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Chapman and Ethel Chapman; and her siblings, Edna Dutton, Leecie Hopper, Nell Smitherman and Gerald Chapman.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Smith, Lynn Smith (Tracy), Brenda Smith and Brian Smith (Kim); her grandchildren, Morgan Smith, Jacylin Smith, Jason Smith (Bridgett), Orry Smith (Leeana) and Christopher Wigington (Alissa); her great grandchildren, Lilly Smith and Claire Smith; her sister Annie Waldrop; her great grandchild Eli Wigington; and her caregiver Becky Dooley.
